Episode 21. Why no should be your favorite word

Happy Hump Day! Today in this Startup Survival episode, we’re talking about why NO should be your favorite word. IMO, saying no kindly is one of the most important skills you must learn if you want to be successful.

In this episode, we’ll discuss how to prioritize what to say yes to—and how to get more comfortable declining those invitations when you inevitably say no. Then, I’ll cover one of my favorite books (Essentialism by Greg McKeown) that changed my entire approach to how I say no.

It’s SO important to learn how to say “no”—and that’s a muscle that only grows with patience, time and consistency.
